Administrative/Special Projects Assistant (FT)

Job Type: Full-Time


Assists with administrative responsibilities, including billings, marketing requests, scheduling with media, donors, government and community partners, etc. Helps to manage IHS' community inquiries and coordinate responses on behalf of the department. Assists with special projects that advances department goals, programs and campaigns including the website, managing/organizing data and information, implementing marketing campaigns across IHS facilities, etc.  


The ideal candidate will be able to mutli-task and plan ahead and in coordination with the Director of Development and Community Relations to assist with managing the department, its programs and campaigns. Technical skills shall include operating Microsoft programs (Word, Excel), Google email/docs. Has experience with navigating and operating social media business tools, and is quick to learn new databases to assist with reports. Possess strong interpersonal communication skills, is intuitive and is able to represent the company's brand when connecting with community leaders and stakeholders. Hard skills including attention to detail, writing and organization of digital and paper-based information is required.
