Provides administrative and technical support to Ohana CCS Programs and to ensure timely and quality service outcomes for the CCS & Assertive Outreach (AO) Programs. The CCS Support Specialist functions as the primary liaison between team members and contracting providers (Ohana CCS) to ensure successful referrals, Acuity Checks, authorizations and discharges. Additionally, the CCS Support Specialist will monitor and collect data demonstrating contract and accreditation standards are met for the Programs. CCS Support Specialist will be responsible for submitting continued authorizations, processing admissions and discharges, tracking re-evaluations, ensuring case managers are submitting clinical documentation within contract timelines, Attestation Reports and assist Director of Clinical Administration for yearly audits
Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally. 2 years experience in office management and data management with minimum 1 year demonstrated administrative experience. Able to coordinate day-to-day activities and work independently with minimal direction. Computer proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and related software applications. Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
