Job Type: Full-Time
Executes the process for entering donor data into Raiser’s Edge. Receives and processes monetary donations and in-kind receipts and generates appropriate donor acknowledgements for signature and mailing. Produces daily reports for credit card and online transactions as well as other donor based reports. Provides basic administrative and special event support for the development team. Able to safeguard donor information and exercise discretion in processing requests.
The ideal candidate has superior technical skills in Raiser’s Edge and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), google email/docs and some experience with social media sites/tools. Minimum of one year of experience in an administrative setting supporting a small team with experience in document handling, working with, managing and maintaining databases. Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or currently attending college with emphasis in communication, marketing or business administration. Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Is detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure with multiple deadlines.
