Annual Point in Time Count 2018

The Annual Point in Time Count is an initiative managed and organized by Partners in Care. Each year, volunteers and homeless service providers comb each street, park, neighborhood and beach to survey unsheltered homeless individuals and families in order to better understand progress being made in homeless services, and additional resources needed by the federal government to assist homeless with needed safety net resources and housing subsidies.
