Those with a heart for the homeless are invited to celebrate Thanksgiving morning with a 5K experience through picturesque Manoa to benefit The Institute for Human Services. Open to individuals and families of runners, joggers and walkers who are interested in burning calories, giving thanks and making friends to kick off America’s greatest feast day of the year.
Ample free parking at the park and throughout Manoa.
The event is hosted by Punahou School students Mia Schiel and Claire Cutler. Now in its ninth year, the event was founded by two members of the school’s cross country team and has raised more than $100,000 since its inception.
