Homeward Bound Virtual 5K

*** Mahalo for joining us for Homeward Bound 5K. The 2020 race has finished and we are no longer accepting applications. Check back for more information about our 2021 race ***

Join us for this year's Homeward Bound 5K Virtual Race! Coordinated in partnership with The Punahou Girls Cross Country team.

What's a virtual race?
It's a race with some added safety built in. There's no start/end time for a virtual race, which means no early mornings, no searching for parking, and no large crowds.

Grab your favorite gear (no race bib required) and create a custom 5K route for your run. You can also share your race results online and see who comes out on top. Open to individuals and families of runners, joggers, and walkers.

Proceeds from this event will be donated to support IHS' variety of homeless services and prevention.

Race day: Thursday, November 26, 2020

Packet Pick-up (for registrations received by November 18th)
Running Room (819 Kapahulu Ave, Honolulu, HI 96816)
Friday, November 20th 3pm - 6pm
Saturday, November 21st 10am - 2pm

Please note: Registrations received after November 18th will be assessed an automatic $10 shipping and handling fee. Race packets will likely arrive after Thanksgiving Day.

A race that gives back
Taking place on Thanksgiving day, a portion of Homeward Bound's participation fee goes toward supporting Hawaii's homeless population, which can help make a family's holiday season brighter.

When you participate in Homeward Bound, you will receive a commemorative race t-shirt designed by students at Punahou School and a special finisher certificate. In addition to the quality time of exercising with your loved ones and raising money for a worthwhile cause.
