Homeward Bound 5K

Race for an end to homelessness in Hawaii.

Homeward Bound 5K is an annual fun run on Thanksgiving Day that benefits Hawaii’s most vulnerable. Each year, we partner with The Punahou Girls’ Cross Country Team and invite the community to race toward an end to homelessness.

REGISTRATION PRICING:
Early Bird with in-person packet/shirt pickup: $35
Registration with race packet shipped: $45
In-Person Registration at packet pickup: $45
**No On-site Day-of Registration**

All proceeds from this event go to The Institute for Human Services, Inc. and directly supports thousands of lives through homeless outreach, services, and programs.

In-person & Virtual Fun Run

Run, walk or gobble in support of IHS. Join us Thanksgiving morning for a 5K fun run around Manoa Valley or virtually on a course of your choice. The annual race is returning to in-person:

November 23rd, 2023
Race starts at 8:00 am
Manoa Valley District Park

Gather your friends, family, and neighbors, and make your own route on Oahu or offshore! T-shirts and race packets can be shipped to you. You don’t even need to track your course but do wear your shirt and have fun in support of IHS.
Homeward Bound 5K is perfect for all ages. From keiki (children) to kupuna (seniors), everyone can run, walk to jog at their own pace and help end homelessness in Hawaii.
