We are in need of licensed medical professionals & clinical support volunteers to help our clients obtain stable health as part of their journey out of homelessness.

Licensed Medical Professionals: 

Responsibilities: Triage, treat and refer patients to PCP or Emergency or other as necessary; perform wound care according to protocols; supervise nursing students as assigned (APRN, PA, MD and DO); prescribe as necessary and at comfort level; assist patients to establish PCP; other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties & Requirements: Licensed to practice in Hawaii; critical thinking and clinical judgement; keeping the clinic clean and sterile; work with patients directly. 

Expectations: Be pleasant and orderly, able to work under time constraints, good communication skills and the ability with computers, treat patients with respect, compassion and kindness. Minimum 3 month commitment. Experience preferred but not required. 

Clinic Support Volunteers: 

Responsibilities: Scan and upload documents; check in patient’s and remind them of appointments; assist with clinic administrative and case management work; assist with closing procedures of the clinic.

Essential Duties & Requirements: Able to scan and upload documents; keeping the clinic clean and sterile; work with patients directly.

Expectations: Be pleasant and orderly; able to work under time constraints; good communication skills; able to operate computers. Minimum 3 month commitment. Experience preferred but not required.
